Hi, This was my first purchase with Sectigo, Was bit confused with the process. Stuck and was no idea about whom to contact as I purchased SSL with third party. Well, I tried to contact Sectigo via their chat support and the assistance given by Ms Jennifer(hope it's her real name! :P) was awesome.
