Vinson GREAT! Sectigo Poor

Vinson - the validation representative I worked with on the validation process was a fantastic help and exceeded my expectations for support. Sectigo as a whole seems to have an unstable web tech stack since re-branding away from Comodo. I receive billing emails, and sales emails, but never any support related emails (is sectigo's support address being blocked or re-routed by Google (our email provider)). Additionally the web interface provides little to no information on certificate status or next steps (certificate is labelled "Active" from day 1 before validation or follow-up and there is no "Next Step" guidance). When we did determine the next step (Using the support ticketing system for Validation forms? really?) the forms rejected all uploads on both Chrome and Firefox. None of this was an issue last time we purchased a EV Code Signing certificate (before the re-branding). A disappointing turn of events that will likely lead me to a different supplier for my SSL needs. Vinson was incredibly helpful, but I need the technology interface to be up to snuff so I am not having to interface with a human representative every time I am trying to get a simple technology procedure done.
