way overcomplicated validation procedure

compared to other certification authorities, the procedures are overcomplicated. The support is not always good enough to give all the information needed to a company to manage the validation: I would expect to have details about the validation procedure all together in order to collect all the documents needed and not to find out step by step. Some operator (Vinson) put a lot of effort in order to make it more clear
