Overall, we've had a very bad experience with Sectigo -- we paid for this almost a month ago and kept having to hassle people to see where we were in the process. We kept finding out that there were items missing that were needed, even after we had an attorney write a letter confirming our details. But Vinson from Validation was great -- they stayed on the chat with us until validation was completed. That part was very much appreciated.
