The price is right and the process is straightforward, but it takes them forever to do EV validation, even though we were only renewing the cert. Their customer service (via chat) is quick and responsive, but I had to contact them 3 times to get things moving. The last guy I chatted with (Darren) was especially helpful! He escalated my request to the callback validation team, and really followed through. Personally I would buy from them again, it's just that you need to start things well in advance, have patience and bug them every day to get things moving.
