I had to get our EV SSL reissued and Sectigo team took a reasonably good time to validate all the relevant details. Suddenly, I received an email from Sectigo with the message:- The order can not be issued due to a CAA record check failure. I also had some other issues regarding my SSL which could only be resolved by a sincere and dedicated support person with technical knowledge. Luckily, my case especially email communications was handled from the beginning to the end by a single person from the support team i.e. Ms. Ann Blossom whose timely guidance and support helped me in satisfactorily getting our SSL certificate.
