Great tech support, which makes up for awkwardness of client login area.

I needed to re-issue a certificate and logged into the client area, only to find that there was ZERO ability to do this...it just listed details about the completed order. So I tried live chat to see if I was missing it. I wasn't missing it, it's not there. BUT live chat support that was available at 2:30 AM took care of it manually, quickly. As it turned out, what could have driven me away from Comodo/Sectigo in the future ended up making me feel a little more confident in them instead. If Sectigo's reading this, give Vince a bump up in pay. He's helping you have a good image with your customers. ...and take that pay from whoever made your client area. ;)
