Some issues with the site but great support

I find the website somewhat confusing. I recommended it to a friend and she couldn't figure out how to open an account. When I downloaded the certificates, I got the individual .crt files, but all the guides for nginx, apache, etc mention the .ca-bundle file and it is not explained how to get the .ca-bundle from the .crt files. Also, I spent an hour trying to find out how to download the ca-bundle without success. I asked for support through the chat and Mark from technical support was very helpful and sent me the bundle in a few seconds.
