Another Difficult Ordering Experience

Tasked with ordering SSL certs from two providers. Digicert was super-easy, quick and professional. Sectigo is still a mess. I have to create a new account to order a certificate and cannot migrate my old certs to the new account so I have to keep both accounts open. I tried to get help from "Tina" first and she/he/they were really useless so I ended that chat with the lowest score possible and a sad emoji. Next I got "Vince" who was much better and explained the situation with the two databases.
