Roger was amazingly helpful when all I wanted to do was scream. Your website chat software breaks in firefox and blocks important SSL certificate Status. Also, without validation there is no reissue on the certificate so had to manually fill out a long support form just to get manual help changing a CSR -- - client moved from Google Platform to a CPanel host when they had issues installing SSL cert on Google Platform
