Eventual EV certificate but way too easy to mess it up

After a week of waiting for the EV certificate it finally arrived... and then because of confusing instructions while trying to export the certificate, I messed up and accidentally destroyed the certificate that was present on the flash drive. There really should be better instructions on how to extract the certificate into a usable form from the token delivered so that it's less possible to mess it up in this way. Also Sectigo invited me to provide a review, and this is my honest opinion.
