Hi, i'm really surprised with how the Sectigo grow. if it's compared with the previuos experience with Comodo. I say that the new Sectigo is superb. the customer service is helping me, even if i did say wrong information in the begin of the chat. i said that i want to renew EV SSL certificate, which before only cost $99.95 , bob giving me the new url with reffering to the same SSL certificate with the price that i'm looking for. Four thumbs up Bob. After being helped by bob, i got transferred to Tina on the Validation part, then Jennifer on the support section. Overall : i will give 10 out of 10 for the review. All staff is professional on their section, and they have great product knowledge. I will have some trouble if i have to navigate on the web just looking for specific SSL certificate with this price, and looking for step to import the SSL certificate correctly. If the process from buying till installing certificate is done correctly, it would not take more than 15 minutes. i Apologize that i have my server need to be restarted since i cannot get the web server service restarted normally. Great day ahead. i will be coming back for more SSL certificate on sertigo. still have 3 more SSL that need to be renewed This year :D Thanks Sertigo Team
