The process of obtaining an EVSSL is not really defined anywhere, there are really to steps to follow, there is not really as status in the process or which steps to take on the applicants part. It seems that you just have to keep contacting someone in order to move the process forward. If you do not it doesn't get completed, it just sits there. No one will contact you to request information to move it forward. No emails requesting their requirements. This is the third time that my business and site have been validated, it would seem that it would not take so long to complete since I have been validated in prior years. They finally pushed it out after hours so I could install it and get the browser block removed and I really appreciate that effort. Maybe the process can be improved.
