I am very very pleased to the excellent customer service provided by Sectigo's Support Engineer (CHAO MA) when i run into a problem. While the problem is not really a certificate issue, CHAO intelligent decipher where the issue is coming from. It turns out that the issue was a simply (well i admit it) as a unknown 'User Issue' with Linux. Linux for whatsoever reason, if you backup an SSL config file, eventhough you rename the backup filename, as long as the extension is still *.CONF, Linux will read that file as a valid config file and conflict with the good config file. With meticulous deciphering by CHAO, this issue was resolved before the maintenance period of the production servers. Yeheey ! Sectigo is the Best!!! - np
