Product: Instant SSL

Terrible experience trying to renew a basic cert. Poor customer service and difficult to reach technical support (who couldn't manage any billing questions, leaving our cert un-verified for a long weekend). Additionally, their UI/UX across the myriad of logins and InstantSSL web servers is inconsistent and poorly integrated.
