Renewals should be easier and less expensive

Note that I was assisted today by RUSSEL in your code signing validation dep't (during an online chat). He was fast and very responsive (5 stars). However, the initial response time by the agent who forwarded me to RUSSEL was very slow. Though the chat session software said the the first agent to respond was online with me now, there was no response for several minutes at least (before I was finally forwarded to RUSSEL). In any case, I was pleasantly surprised by how fast my renewal went today. In the past it's always been *very* slow and frustrating. Today it was done in less than an hour. Very fast and pain-free service this time (as it should be for most renewals). Keep up the good work! Lastly, you really should consider lowering the price for renewals. I'm a self-incorporated individual and would appreciate a break on the price (incurring this expense every year just to eliminate the warning that otherwise occurs for users of my software when it isn't signed - should it really cost as much as it does every year).
