Certificate validation should be made more easy

Overall Certificate order and receipt is very easy and quick but many times i have experienced issues with multi domain and Unified communications certificate which requires multiple validation like call back and this call back is made only on the NXP reception number and not to the admin. Fortunately this time Russel and Selena from Validation team really helped to sort this out immediately.
