Buying standard Domain SSLs is pretty straight forward and I have no problem with them - that is because the input required from them is minimal so they can't screw it up. However, purchasing an EV SSL - 3 years in a row has been nothing but problematic. They are incompetent and they are liars. They use excuses like D&B database but it is just laziness. Tried to renew an EV SSL with the exact same details from 12 months ago - nothing changed - and 2 weeks I waited before contacting them and their response - couldn't verify number on D&B... So the exact same number they used last year to verify, one year later, cannot be verified - even though it is still the main line into the business? I'm guessing they dont even check. Frustrating & annoying. Pure incompetence or just complete laziness - either way, a pain in the arse to deal with...
