I've contacted support several times and, after over a week, have yet to receive a response and the SSL certificate has yet to be issued. When I called customer support and was connected to someone, the person seemed to be unaware that I was on the line. They could be heard talking in the background but did not greet me. I said "hello" 3 times to no response. Finally, the person said something incoherent and immediately transferred me to someone else.
