Two weeks ago i tried purchasing an SSL certificate for my website and more than 3 times it gave me an error msg after inserting my card details and submitting. I was then annoyed and purchased an SSL from a different provider, hassle free. 2 days later i noticed that all 3 payments were deducted off my card. I have tried contacting Sectigo on numerous occasions and i submitted the ticket to there billing department but noone has gotten back to me. There support team keeps saying the issue is with billing and they cant do anything, billing will get back to me. This is ridiculous as 2 years ago when i purchased a certificate from comodo for a different website this did not happen. I hate when companies take ur money and theres nothing u can do.
