Worst purchase process, Incorrect documentation

Comodo (Now Sectigo) are the worst company to purchase SSL certificates from. Avoid at all costs. I have used them twice, first time for an EV certificate which was such a difficult process and then I thought it would be significantly easier to get a barebones SSL certificate. But no, that wasn't any better. The purchase process is clunky and they don't even both to let you know that there is something to do on your end. Their documentation is all over the place giving contradictory directions. Customer service are slow to respond and don't really care that they are such a poor company.
