Customer Service blew me off

I purchased Corporate Secure Email Certificate on Oct. 29. The initial email said it takes up to 3 business days for validation. After 5 business days, my account still says, "Status Being validated". I tried contacting the validation team via online chat and got blown off. Instead of even attempting to assist with my issue, I was pushed off with response to submit a support ticket to sales. Not a single attempt was made to even offer a solution or even give the most basic of customer service.
