Couldn't find anyone more incompetent than the Comodo CA support folks. Their support is absolutely worst of the worst. 4 tickets later, they still can't read the information they put in their own PDFs or how to fill out the document. They have lost our docs multiple times, asked for documentation multiple times, and can't find the docs. They call the wrong #, call the wrong person, and won't respond to any tickets.
