Aucun support en français Après plusieurs mois sans nouvelles, on envoie un e-mail, puis deux puis trois ... On appelle notre hébergeur qui nous donne une autre adresse e-mail à contacter et un numéro de téléphone (qui n'est pas attribué) On fini par enfin avoir une réponse : un ticket à été créer. On discute donc par tickets... avec un bot ... qui répond à côté de la plaque ... et fini par nous rediriger vers une autre adresse e-mail ... Fin de l'histoire puisque nous n'avons toujours pas notre certificat SSL EV après plus de 3 mois de bataille, alors que l'entreprise existe bien et qu'il ne manque que ça pour la mise en ligne ... Vu le prix que l'on paye, ils pourraient au moins avoir la décence de nous répondre avec des personnes et pas des bots !
