Frustrating Experience, Never Again

Terrible experience getting an EV certificate! We are well known in our niche, dominating the entire first page of Google results, as well as being listed with government agencies and D&B. Yet Comodo was unable to verify our address. Worse, Comodo was unable to communicate in English regarding why they were unable to verify our address, they simply repeatedly communicated that they were not able to verify our address, and were not even able to tell us which address they were not able to verify! When we finally received a verification call, the customer service representative refused to speak with one of the owners, and hung up on him. Several weeks later and still no certificate. We had to purchase a domain validation certificate from a different company because the EV certificate has yet to be issued. Zero stars.
