Incompetent staff and ridiculous requests

If you are looking for EV SSL, avoid Comodo like the plague!!!!! I have ordered the EV SSL certificate from Comodo and after sending them my company docs I received a request for the same docs again. tried to speak with their Live Chat support but with the response rate of one line every 10 minutes it is impossible to resolve anything. In addition, they are forcing to register with some sort of yellow pages (why of why??? it is simply stupid to request this. Moreover, I have my company registered in Singapore, for those who do not know this is the paradise of eGovernment with everything about a company available online, except if you are Comodo, because these guys have been unable to find a company on the official business registry of Singapore. I asked friend who, does not live in Singapore to find my company, and with only the name he found the online registry in 7 minutes!!! To summarize, if you are looking for horrible service, incompetent and unresponsive support Comodo is the company for you, otherwise AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!!
