Sectigo SSL Certificate Reviews

I read a few reviews and was a little concerned using Comodo. After my experience, I can't believe that the other reviewers and I used the same company. The chat wait was a little long, but it's always long when you deal with tech companies. I purchased by SSL certificate through my hosting company. Due to an IP mismatch with my site and my new email address (story for another day), I wasn't able to receive the validation email. I exhausted all the options available at my hosting company, and decided to see if Comodo, the issuing company could help me. That was the smartest thing I did last week. I got MARTIN, who works in the validation department. He was AMAZING. He sat with me throughout the phone call. He offered suggestion, upon suggestion to help me resolve my problem. He even helped me figure out part of the problem with the IP address mismatch problem. MARTIN was the ONLY person who helped me. He wasn't condescending, he didn't explain things to me like I was a toddler and he was PATIENT! He deserves a raise. Thank you Martin. You are definitely an asset.
