Sales person was good, but it gets a little confusing once you have purchase the certificate. I found the technical support a little too precipitated meaning that apparently they just want to give you a quick answer and finally hang on you to get the next call I guess. After my 5th call to the support guys I was able to clarify some doubts about the entire process of ordering, creating a CSR and installing the certificate.
