They do not read your emails

After using Comodo for years for the same website they all of a sudden need to call me at the phone number listed in one of three online directories. I guess this is because their security was breached so they went overboard. The problem is that I do not work in the office that is in the directories they use. I telecommute plus I handle several other customers. I am the registered domain owner which shows my full name, address and phone number and yet Comodo insists that they either reach me at the public phone number listed in the directories which is in another State or change the directory listing to match my phone number. Of course this is stupid because my phone number is my cell phone and they are asking me to change my company's listing in D&B to my cell phone. I keep emailing them to tell them that I telecommute and work from home and that I cannot change the company's published phone number to my cell phone and all they do is keep sending me the same email over and over and over again. It is a form email that asks me to let them know when I will be available to take their phone call at our headquarters office. I keep telling them that I do not work from that office and then reply by telling me to change the listing in the directory to my phone number. I cannot make them understand that I do not work at the office in the directory and I cannot just change our corporate office's phone number to my private cell number. I just keep getting the same email no matter what I say. I finally asked for a refund and am going to use GoDaddy or someone similar. They are cheaper and they do it the proper way by calling the domain owner that is listed in WHOIS and not a phone number in a phone directory. It is impossible to keep using them for the other accounts I handle because they want to be able to reach me at each company I do work for and I work from home. I cannot seem to make them understand how silly their policy is because it assumes that the person asking for the SSL, who by the way is the registered user for the company account with them, works at the office listed in D&B. I guess that any IT person who works out of a branch office can never verify with Comodo and they just do not see it. I do not even know if they understand english because I keep trying to explain to them and they do not even address my issues but keep sending me the same email again and again. BTW - They run another website and offer the same certificates cheaper.
