We are considering litigating against comodo for breach of contract

Product: Enterprise Platinum SSL Wildcard

We were renewing a wildcard SSL, with a multi domain EV certificate. The multidomain EV certificate got held up because our address in Whois (correct) did not match the form in Comodo (which did not allow the same format), even though the same info was entered. We phoned customer support international UK to USA, and were promised that our EV certificate would be issued the next morning 16 hours before expiry. Comodo broke there agreement and have still not issued the EV certificate. Our certificate expired and to minimise the loss to ourselves and our customers we purchased a standard wildcard certificate from Comodo. This also was delayed, and there was no phone support from Comdo since there offices were closed. We looked for a provider with 24hr phone support, found godaddy, and purchased a certificate that was issued in 1hr 27 minutes. The comodo non ev certificate that was ordered prior to godaddy was issued 8hours 20 minutes after go daddy and 11hours after request. Clearly we are never going to use Comodo or InstantSSL ever again. We have still not got the Comodo EV certificate, and hopefully never will.
