The validation support is completely incompetent. They are unable to help with anything and are quick to pass you back to technical support, who then passes you back to the validation support. They do not call when they say they are going to call to validate the business. They will only call the corporate number listed on Google. If you do not have an extension you will have to run back and forth to the front desk to try to be there when they do not call. They are by far the worst support I have dealt with. The 3rd party we deal with purchased the SSL cert through Sectigo by accident. We usually go with Digicert, which is much easier to work with. I would recommend going with anyone else.
