Dear Manager: Let me tell you that I bought my certificate in September ever since I have been bouncing back between your emails, departments, support people, etc... NOBODY hast taken the time to help me WHATSOEVER!!!! Today finally I called you... and had the GREAT PLEASURE to finally talk with somebody who was not only willing to hear me, but skilful enough to help me to solve the issue that NOBODY ELSE was able to solve in.... 3 months!! yeap!! you heard that right!! 3 months and just till today I found Moe Ghamlouch!!!! and he FINALLY!!! had the will, the patience and the KNOWLEDGE to help me and NOT make me feel like an old satle bag.... this is the type of people ANY ORGANISATION really needs..... thank him my eternal renewal.... cheers and THANKS ONCE AGAIN MOE!!!! you are the best....
