I was very angry at this company because they did not respond to emails. Only by Tweeting could I get them to respond. However, once I got a tech support human on the phone they were very efficient. Just use the phone, forget everything else. I spoke to the agent “Moe Ghamlouch” and he was knowledgable, efficient, and helpful, and gave me an extra year to compensate for my original difficulties.
