I have been trying to get help for a week for my signing certificate. I called the help number twice (from Australia!) and both times the links to the Subscriber agreement didn't work. Sandra, on chat, sent me through links which did work and sent me a ticket link where I could submit them. She stayed online till I had everything sorted out. Thanks Sandra.
