the problem may be with Dunn and Bradstreet - the data they supply you was incorrect 2 years ago we got it changed after some time and once again they have changed my details and given you incorrect details - you called someone who did not know what you are talking about and no one told me that you had a problem - I have waited 3 weeks to get the cert issued and my site has suffered. i have complained to D&B but communication should be better
