Customer service was painful except for Logan

After many attempts (~6) to connect with and work with customer service to resolve DCV pending validation issue, I was very frustrated. However, once I got Logan things went very quickly and easily. The fact the the unique value does not appear on the DCV site page is frustrating, but he helped me get the missing value and everything resolved quickly.
