I purchased a SSL certificate 3 weeks ago for my website on Arvixe. The Sectigo Certificate Order No: 354167277 . The information was sent to Arvixe with email admin@casconorwich.org. But Arvixe says it doesn't have the necessary information to install the certificate. I told that to an agent at Sectigo, and he told me that everything had been sent. I don't know what to do next.
