Having been a repeat customer of Comodo and now Sectigo, your renewal process lets you down.... 1. Firstly, we recieve a reminder that SSL was due to expire and to avail of discount which is good :) 2. Secondly, there is confusion of which portal to use Comodo or Sectigo? 3. Instead of one click to begin the renewal process, you have to create a new order and complete the whole process again 4. Renewal Process Steps stall at DCV Validation=>we got no notification to complete DCV steps and therefore had to contact Support via Chat 5. Hard to get throught to Support to Chat A good experience we did have is that we moved SSL cert rom one server to another server mid term and the process was seamless. However, renewals are a different story!
