We had been Comodo customers for a very long time. When Sectigo took over, our new account rep, Anupam, reached out when our certificate was expiring. He was so much help! I had so many questions, especially since the product names and features had changed since our last purchase. I was about to give up when Anupam sat with me (over chat) and helped me straighten everything out. He refunded the incorrect purchase I made, and helped me buy the correct product, and provided me some guidance for installation. Sectigo is the way to go!
