Little to no communication and a 4-month long Validation HELL

We purchased an SSL signing certificate in Decmber 2019 and received the product in May 2020. The validation process was tedious and Sectigo simply did not drive the process. We had to initiate communication to find out what the next hold-up is for them not to continue. Let the buyer beware. If you opt to buy a certificate from Sectigo, push them for the product as they seem to lack the impetus or desire to do so themselves.
