I was having trouble logging in to the system. I mean I could not log into the system. I also could not receive a password recovery email that sent via the "password forget" button. I have created a ticket for this issue. I guess one of the most supportive sectigo team members took in progress my ticket. A few hours later he found that my email address typed was an erca.tokdemir@iyzico.com in the system. So he changed it to ercan.tokdemir@iyzico.com and triggered a password recovery email just within a couple of hours. Now, I am able to login to the subscription portal. The problem solved asap after I created a ticket thanks to Mr. Zubair Mohammed. Thanks again.
