Hey Guys, I bought a SMIME Certificate. The process to activate the mail is frankly spoken, quite lousy. This you probably know. Downloading an old FF browser or use IE is not good user experience. Your services are now paid, your target group isn't some geeks. I for myself are a dev, but when I pay for a service I don't expect to read user manuals or talk to the support. By the way, your support compensates for the bad email activation process. I talked to Logan, skilled, friendly and solved the issue fast. Kind regards, Freddy
