I was facing a problem for over week and contacted so many people including my hosting provider and none helped me out or my hosting wanted money for the service. I wanted to try it one more time with the customer service of Sectigo. Aaron who helped me the whole time solved my issue that i was facing for a long time. I was having trouble codesigning our .exe files. This problem occurred in June 2020 but resolved itself. It recurred July 23, 2020. Today I called support and worked with SYLVIA. To come to the point, Silvia got us over the hump and we can now supply software that makes Windows 10 happy. That makes us happy! I cannot recommend Sectigo's support more highly.
