After many attempts (~6) to connect with and work with customer service to resolve DCV pending validation issue, I was very frustrated. However, once I got Logan things went very quickly and easily. The fact the the unique value does not appear on the DCV site page is frustrating, but he helped me get the missing value and everything resolved quickly.

The rate in point 2 is only for your tech support SYLVIA who is the best and was the only one who could solve my problem really fast. Before that I was working with 2 other support guys and that was a disaster! We could not solve the issue for 3 days. Overall cert renewal process and SECTIGO experience is terrible.
