There should be a portal/site where user can download all the files (e.g: root_CA, intermediate_CA, certificate, etc). I was stuck with an error for a week, turns out, I just need the root CA from SECTIGO. This could be easier if I can download the root CA myself instead of emailing. Thanks to PHILIP From Technical support for helping me with this issue.
