I had a really bad experience with extended validation. The validation team always tell you that they will call you within the day. It's been a month that I bought my certificate now, I contact them twice a week, and had no call from them yet. I contacted the sales support : they just don't care.

I was having problems installing SSL certificate on Amazon Web Services Load Balancer. I contacted their online Chat Support and a support Engineer Aaron was there to help me and with in minutes he provided me with the SSL compatible with Amazon Web Services and then it was simply copy and paste. Feedback on Robert Comodo Support Team , I brought Comodo SSL have I face some problem, Robert assisted me on the process and generate the new CABundle and CRT files on my installation. After install, I face some problem like "Server supports SSLv3, may be vulnerable to POODLE attack. It is suggested to disable the SSLv3 protocol. Server certificate", He know his product well and gave me advise on how to resolve it. He is a great staff that you have. The response on your live chat services gave me fast response to solve my SSL issue. Well done Comodo, I will recommend my friends about your products and services.

After fighting with another large authority for a while about getting the certificate chain to work correctly in apache, I gave up and went to Comodo. The checkout process was easy and didn't require any technical knowledge. Then the CSR process was just as easy, walking me through the details. Before I knew it, I had a certificate that was installed and working perfectly! Beginning to end was probably 15 minutes. AWESOME!!!

The hardest part of getting our code signing certificate was the verification because our D&B phone number was outdated however I am grateful that Comodo does the verification. Once we got D&B updated, they sent us the certificate and helped us through a support issue. They were fantastic to work with.

In the order process one could change the phone number. I change it to one I was currently using and not one that D&B had listed. Got message that phone number was wrong. Used the Chat about the problem and was issued a certificate in about 10 minutes. Very nice.

The process for a EV SSL with Comodo is atrocious. You're required to download, print and send back forms. Some of which have no explanation as to what is supposed to be in a few fields. If you get it wrong it only delays the process because ticket replies are lacking in any urgency. For the cost of a EV SSL certificate I would expect far better support responses that I had gotten. No consistency. One person tells you one thing and then the next person contradicts the last. I'll never buy another SSL certificate from them again.

We got our Comodo certificate from their partner kSign.com. 1/3rd less than GoDaddy, but with their free code signing it was simple and easy to sign our code once we got out Comodo certificate. Unfortunately getting Comodo to issue the certificate too hours over two days. I was totally unimpressed with Comodo, but fkSign's price and utility make up for it.

Very unprofessional. After all verifications process completed, I have been told more 4 times that the certificate will be issued in 1 business day. I won't mind if they tell me the certificate will be issued in next 10 or 20 days but atleast be honest with the customer as we need to plan the project accordingly. I have been so embarrassed to my senior management for all my false commitments which I did on grounds on comodo's response, this definitely is my last certificate with comodo. I guess they are only good for domain validation certificates NOT for business/EV certificates.
