I did not receive a renewal notice for my instant SSL. No reminder nothing at all so I would like to thank you for that!!! Not! The cert on my site therefore expired without me noticing. On visiting the site I had a chat with Carlos who was very helpful. About an hour later (seemed to be some issue with the domain verification email not being received so I retried and it came through immediately) the certificate is installed and all working. Now to deal with the mayhem from having let it expire. It would be useful to have timely reminders or any reminder at all but ultimately it is my responsibility to keep track of such things of course.

Knowledgeable support staff but as a CCM customer, it was difficult to know how to contact for support. I finally got the support number from one of a SECTIGO chat sessions. It would have be good to see the support link and page on the CCM site.

Zubair was able to find a way to perfectly implement the cert onto our IIS! The certificate was issued on domain.com and when you clicked "download" it would only give the text. He was able to get us to the correct spot to be able to convert a pfx so the cert would load properly

At first, I was a bit surprised that the company got changed and that my EV SSL green bar disappeared. I spent a day or two to try to get this resolved… it was quite hopeless in the beginning as I was threw from one person to another, between Bluehost and Comodo, until I was transferred to Moe. He was very helpful and helped me get this resoled in an efficient way. Thanks Moe!

Felicity at Sectigo was very helpful in discussing our options for purchasing new EV certificates. In the past we have only purchased DV certificates from Sectigo but we are planning on replacing some existing OV certificates purchased from another company with EV certificates from Sectigo. We have found Sectigo easy to work with and their pricing is great.

1. we renewed our SSL for 2 years, but the end date was wrong, also the initial Validation took like 4 days. 2. Pricilla from Technical managed to help by asking me to trigger a Replace so she can set the correct end date. 3.
