Zubair Mohammed helped me with my certificate issue on proprietary software. Not easy as it is not standard software that is seen everyday. Zubair is brilliant. You need to give him a pile of money (in my opinion).

Had an issue with CNAME not validating. Sectigo chat person helped me work out the issue which was basically to remove and add back in. Certificate validated immediately. Very patient, too, as the process took a few minutes to work out.
