As the validation takes a while, make sure you purchase your SSL at least one or two weeks in advance. Not SSL received yet, but in progress.

I worked with Sen from Validation today- Sen was very helpful and was quick to help out even when I didn't have all of the info that I probably should have had (I couldn't find it in the portal because the site is confusing). Sen gave me the info I needed to get back to work. I really appreciate the quick and courteous response.

At first we received an email notification that our phone number could not be verified, with no real explanation of where this information is sourced, and a note to contact support to update this information. I jumped onto a support chat and struggled with getting help on this - the rep just kept pointing me to the D&B web site without helping me understand what you needed, or the process I needed to go through to update our information. We submitted a D&B update and after that came through I was helped by Darren on a support chat, who was great and got the verification process completed for me.

I moved most of my domains & SSL certificates to Namecheap. Their integration with Sectigo is seamless. On the rare occasion that I have a problem with validation, Sectigo's live chat is quick to respond. Darren has been very helpful on multiple occasions.

EV certs always seem to take a while to get through, but that's the nature of EV certs. All in all this was much like other EV orders I've gone through in the past. The service was good, the process a bit laborious. I haven't received the confirmation call yet, we'll see how long that takes to go through.

Honestly, I don't understand why I have to do the validation process from the very beginning just to renew EV SSL if initially during my first purchase I'd already done all validation and verification processes for the Company name and phone number. The status order is in process for several days and nobody is calling to me to solve the issue. Only after calling to Sectigo online chat and thanks to Martin for the Support service the issue has been solved very fast.

I was a Comodo previous user of their personal email certificate and it expired. I ordered a new one and was unable to install and get it to work. The first agent denied help and I asked to pass on to the certificate manager, he in matter of minutes resolved my issue! He was the most courteous, respectful, supportive, and ensured I the customer was satisfied and happy. He has secured me as future customer to utilize Sectigo for my business just opened.
