Speaking with Mr. Russell is nice and he has clearly understand customer requirement and responded immediately. Continue this kind of support and Sectigo will have no. 1 Market share. A feedback, customer who is already having SSL certificates with you need not be done with same kind of validations or you may give it to separate team which will provide service in a much better and faster way.

I had ordered (207512007) a SSL certificate assuming it was a wildcard SSL. When I installed it on a sub-domain I got an invalid certificate. So I contacted support and was greatly and assisted by Scott promptly. The standard time to change the FQDN normally takes 3 hours but when I explained to Scott that I didn't have three hours he quickly took up upon himself to assist in less than 30 minutes which was a great service to as I ended up saving on time.

Martin from validation was very helpful. The support that he provided was thorough and I felt that he truly valued assisting the customer. Renewing EV SSLs can sometimes be complicated, but he made things easy and kept me informed on the process. This ones a keeper! Naveen was very helpful as well. I received excellent Level-2 telephonic + screen sharing support on a difficult issue related to kernel-mode driver signing from Carlos Catalan, who was effective, patient, proficient and thorough, and spared no effort to resolve our issue. Used online chat, Felicity H was very helpful. I am a legacy Comodo customer and it was very confusing trying to sign in, as apparently I don't have a Sectigo account and I can't sign in via instantssl.com / sectigo.com.
